Agricultural Health and Safety Network

In 1988, the Canadian Centre for Rural and Agricultural Health partnered with the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) and six Rural Municipalities to found the Agricultural Health and Safety Network.  Over the last 30 years, the Network has steadily increased to 194 RMs including over 27,000 Saskatchewan farm families.

CLOSED - Farm Safety Drawing Contest

We express our gratitude to the amazing parents and teachers who sparked lively farm safety talks with their students inspiring them to unleash their inner artists and share those masterpieces with us!

 

The annual Farm Safety Drawing Contest is now open! The Farm Safety Drawing Contest invites kids aged 5 to 13 to draw what farm safety means to them.

  1. Choose one of the safety topics from Livestock Safety, Farm Equipment or Chemical Safety.
  2. Draw a picture to describe it and you can enter to win a new tablet (maximum value $675 CAD).
  3. Have fun and remember that being on a farm means being safe!
