By participating in the Agricultural Health and Safety Network’s Farm Safety Drawing Contest (“CONTEST”), each participant represents and warrants that he or she meets the eligibility requirements detailed within these official rules and acknowledges that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in disqualification, entry constitutes your acceptance of these official rules. All entries and requests become the property of the Agricultural Health and Safety Network. (THE “SPONSOR”) and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Eligibility

Contest is open to legal residents of Saskatchewan aged 5 to 13 years. As the entrants are minors, a parent or guardian who is at least the age of eighteen must indicate acceptance of these contest rules; entry of drawing and completed entry form constitutes guardian acceptance of the Rules and Regulations. Employees of The Agricultural Health and Safety Network and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors (collectively, “Contest Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. The Agricultural Health and Safety Network’s decisions are final and binding on all matters.

Entry form must be submitted with the drawing, no later than 5:00 pm on February 15, 2027, by one of the two following methods:

Entries will be void if they are incomplete, late, lost, damaged, or if they cannot be viewed due to technical errors. Your drawing must be respectful and courteous, and you are responsible for what you submit. The Agricultural Health and Safety Network will not tolerate drawings that are offensive to an individual or organization, rude in tone, or abusive.

The Prize

After the contest deadline, The Agricultural Health and Safety Network will select the potential prize recipients in each of the 3 categories: 5-8 years old, 9-11 years old and 12-13 years old. Contact information will only be used to notify winners. Only winners will be notified. One winner from each category will receive a new iPad.

This prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash and no component thereof is convertible to cash.

Consent to Personal Information Use and Disclosure: By entering the Contest, prize recipients authorize the Agricultural Health and Safety Network to publish and or broadcast their name in connection with winning a prize, without compensation of any kind other than the prize awarded. All entries will be used in the Network’s future programming.
