Biography

Shaun Haney is the founder of RealAgriculture, a leading North American agricultural media platform delivering news and insights on policy, agronomy, and farm management. He hosts RealAg Radio on SiriusXM’s Rural Radio Channel 147 and RealAg on the Weekend across Saskatchewan and Alberta. Shaun is also a regular contributor to RFD-TV, Agritalk, and US Farm Report, and co-leads RealAgristudies, a farmer-focused market research initiative launched in 2019.

Biography

Dr. Lundqvist brings decades of experience in research and teaching in agricultural safety and health. Recent research and collaboration projects have included mental health in farming, safe use of ATVs and quadbikes, safety culture and risk management, and health and safety aspects of the green transition in agriculture. He teaches and has taught in the areas of health and safety, leadership and management, rural development, and environmental issues. He presently serves as Senior Advisor and Professor (Work Science) in the Department of People and Society at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, SLU, in Alnarp, Sweden.

Biography

Dr. James Dosman, OC, SOM, MA, MD, FRCP, FRSC, FCAHS, ABIM, is considered the father of agricultural medicine in Canada and has devoted his career to improving the health of agricultural populations nationally and worldwide. His years of tireless effort have raised important questions about the impact of agricultural work on health and, in response, he has created multiple organizations to develop and support improvements. Dr. Dosman was the founding Director of the Centre for Agricultural Medicine, now the Canadian Centre for Rural and Agricultural Health. Dr. Dosman’s work has earned him numerous accolades, including the Saskatchewan Order of Merit, University of Saskatchewan Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award, Officer of the Order of Canada, Member of the Royal Society of Canada, and induction into the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame.
