Dementia Dialogue is a Canadian-based resource and series of podcasts that feature people with dementia, and their family and friend care partners sharing their experiences. The most recent Systems Journey Series podcast focuses on the story of Marjory Toppings, her daughter Leanne, and the support they received from the RaDAR partnered rural primary health care memory clinic in Kipling, Saskatchewan.
