Marjory's Story

Daughter Leanne and health care provider Jean Daku are featured guests on a podcast produced by Dementia Dialogue. Listen as they share the story of how the rural primary health care memory clinic in her hometown of Kipling provided support to Marjory and her family.

Dementia Dialogue is a Canadian-based resource and series of podcasts that feature people with dementia, and their family and friend care partners sharing their experiences. The most recent Systems Journey Series podcast focuses on the story of Marjory Toppings, her daughter Leanne, and the support they received from the RaDAR partnered rural primary health care memory clinic in Kipling, Saskatchewan.

Join podcast host David Harvey, Leanne, and nurse practitioner Jean Daku as they reflect on Marjory's story and the ways in which the rural memory clinic located in their home community of Kipling helped to support their care needs and coordinate services.
