Until March 1, 2020, not-for-profit Dementia Advocacy Canada in collaboration with the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement is conducting a national survey "High Quality Ideas and Promising Practices for Dementia in Canada". They want to hear from all Canadians, including people living with dementia, and care partners of people living with dementia.
