Congratulations to RaDAR team trainee Dr. Amanda Froehlich Chow for being awarded a 2017-2018 CCHSA Founding Chairs Fellowship for her project titled Supporting rural dementia patients and their caregivers: Identification of rural team-based primary health care approaches for dementia.
