Heather Alford is a research assistant working with Drs. Julie Kosteniuk and Allison Cammer. Their work explores patient and family experiences of RaDAR memory clinics. Heather successfully defended her master’s thesis, Nutrition as family’s bridge to dementia care in long-term care: A grounded theory study and looks forward to graduating in the spring. She continues working with supervisor Dr. Allison Cammer in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition, with a focus on improving end-of-life nutrition care for residents with dementia in long-term care.
