Role at the Centre:
Mrs. De Freitas began working at CCRAH in August 1993. She is the Public Relations and Communications Coordinator for the Canadian Centre, and an Administrative Assistant. She is also the Secretariat & Manager for the Canadian Rural Health Research Society (http://crhrs-scrsr.usask.ca).
In her role as PR she (a) designs, compiles and edits CCHSA, and Network Annual reports; (b) Designs logos and advertisement for national and international conferences and symposia; design ad campaigns for services which the Agricultural Health and Safety Network provides to the Saskatchewan Rural Municipalities; (c) Screens Farm Safety essays for the SARM Scholarship annual competition; (d) manages CRHRS & CCHSA national and international conferences; (e) manages CCHSA, AgHealth Network, Musculoskeletal Health and Access to Care (MHAC) and CRHRS websites; (f) designs CRHRS annual conferences websites.
