CIHR National Research Poster Competition
CCHSA student presented poster in the CIHR National Research Poster Competition at the Canadian Student Health Research Forum. Adriana Angarita Fonseca, PhD student under the supervision of Catherine Trask and Brenna Bath, was nominated as being within the top 5% of doctoral students for participation in the CIHR National Research Poster Competition at the Canadian Student Health Research Forum, June 7, Winnipeg, MB. She was awarded CIHR travel funding of $1000 CAD to reimburse her travel and accommodations expenses for her participation in this meeting. While at the conference she presented the poster entitled: “Does moving more improve back health?: Physical activity and chronic back disorders in Canadian adults”
